This course aims to offer the necessary guidance to all people who wish to practice Public Relations, improve the quality of the service, and acquire knowledge in two distinct but complementary areas: Event Assistance and Public Relations.
An assistant is the person who gives the image to a service or product, and must be responsible for receiving, accompanying and informing guests or customers at an event. The work of an event assistant focuses on serving the public at congresses, conventions, exhibitions, fairs and all types of events such as airport transfers, social events, advertising promotions, promotional marketing actions, product launches, sporting events , tastings, among others.
