Goal
Goal
Provide human resources technicians with correct practices in the administrative management of personnel services, in their organization and management;
Deepen knowledge, particularly in the field of labor legislation and social security: OE2014 (Law 83-C/2013 of 31/12) and Law 53/2011 of 14/10; Law 3/2012 of 10/01, Law 23/2012 of 25/06 and Dec-Law 133/2012 of 27/06, Law 69/2013 of 30/08, Law 70/2013 of 30/08 in force since 01 of Oct 2013 and Law no. 76/2013 of 7/11;
Promote good practices in job separation;
Enable better organization of information in the relationship with ACT and other official bodies;
Identify the main changes that took place in Labor and Social Security Legislation;
Identify the implications of the changes: in the management of working time, in compensatory rests (TC Agreement nº602/2013), in the freedom of stipulation between Employer and Employee, time bank, in individual dismissal, in social security charges, green receipts , IRS deductions and collective bargaining.
